You'll explore the biological foundations of behavior and discover how the brain connects to human actions. Building upon core principles in biology, chemistry, and psychophysiology, the Neuroscience Bachelor's program equips you with fundamental knowledge to investigate thought processes, aging mechanisms, and neurological/mental health conditions. Your initial year offers comprehensive training in introductory biology, chemistry, physiology, and psychology. You'll master essential research writing techniques, lab competencies, scientific communication, and foundational concepts that will be explored more thoroughly in subsequent years. In your second and third years, you'll delve into specialized areas including pharmacology, cognitive science, genetics, and quantitative research approaches.
