It explores the quantitative methods and tools used in business financial decisions, which can involve both immediate and extended timeframes. Long-term financial choices often concern investment selection, equity/debt financing options, and managing financial risks. Short-term decisions primarily involve overseeing working capital, including current assets and liabilities. The Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance (Honours) equips students with advanced mathematical and statistical methods for solving practical challenges. The program also emphasizes building computational and communication abilities, valuable assets in today's employment landscape.
