The Bachelor of Computer Science (Dean's Scholar) provides an advanced and stimulating academic journey for exceptional students aiming to excel beyond standard expectations. As a Dean's Scholar candidate, you'll receive support to pursue further studies through Honors and research initiatives. Computer science professionals concentrate on computational processes and their practical uses, developing techniques, creating tools, and programming software solutions. These implementations span diverse fields including industrial automation systems, data analytics and management, mobile app development, financial market forecasting, interactive entertainment design, molecular modeling visualization, artificial intelligence architectures, robotic motion planning algorithms, healthcare patient tracking systems, and numerous other applications.
During your second year, following foundational coursework shared across our computer science, IT, and information systems programs, you'll select your specialization area. Discover your aptitudes and passions while mastering core computing principles: software development, analytical thinking, networking fundamentals, internet technologies, database systems, organizational analysis, user experience design, and collaborative project execution. The program culminates with a comprehensive group project in your final year.
