The Master of Planning offers design, planning, and property experts an innovative career trajectory, providing graduates with comprehensive knowledge of planning challenges along with the mediation abilities and inventive problem-solving skills needed to address them.
While planning has traditionally been viewed as an authorization procedure, UTS treats it as a vital function that bridges communities with governing bodies, organizations, and developers.
In this program, students actively explore policy, environmental, and population structures to grasp how planning choices influence urban landscapes over extended periods. This exploration spans multiple disciplines, including planning, urban design, real estate, architecture, landscape architecture, economics, spatial analysis, legal studies, and urban ecology.
