The Graduate Diploma in Business Administration equips graduates without prior administrative studies with foundational skills for a management career. This program delivers crucial knowledge and competencies for excellent managerial performance, emphasizing hands-on learning, equity, inclusivity, and impactful research.
Students explore five core subjects drawn from our MBA curriculum, offering exposure to vital business and management principles. These subjects create a dynamic learning environment with peers from varied professional, cultural, and academic backgrounds. Additionally, participants can select from numerous elective options across UTS faculties.
Graduates pursue leadership roles in both corporate and public sectors. The program includes access to UTS's specialized MBA Career Advantage initiative, offering customized career guidance, practical industry challenges, and professional networking opportunities throughout the study period.
Applicants must have completed a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted other evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies.
The English proficiency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; or TOEFL: paper based: 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21; or AE5: Pass; or PTE: 58-64 with a writing score of 50; or C1A/C2P: 176-184 with a writing score of 169.
