This program is designed for licensed attorneys from common law countries outside Australia who wish to become qualified to practice law in New South Wales. Participants undertake 30 credit points of mandatory subjects covering legal ethics, property law, and constitutional and administrative law.

Upon finishing the required practical legal training (PLT), graduates fulfill the educational criteria for NSW legal practice admission.

Career opportunities include practicing as a lawyer in NSW across various sectors - government agencies, corporate legal departments, private firms, or community legal services - provided students also complete practical legal training like the Graduate Certificate in Professional Legal Practice (C11232).
