Completing an honors year cultivates advanced skills that distinguish graduates and boost career prospects. Honors graduates may progress to postgraduate studies like Masters or PhD programs. Potential career paths span exercise physiology, athletic performance, workplace wellness, community fitness, strength training, research support, health education (serving diverse populations including seniors), sports instruction (in educational or club settings), athletic program development, and sports administration (including government policy positions). Those attaining PhD qualifications may pursue academic careers in vocational or university settings, involving teaching, research, or overseeing practical training initiatives.
Applicants must have completed a UTS recognised bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline at an appropriate level. Academic IELTS- 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; or TOEFL- paper based- 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based- 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21
