The Bachelor of Laws combined with the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation is a groundbreaking UTS program that emphasizes generating innovative solutions through cross-disciplinary approaches. This dual degree equips students to tackle intricate problems, collaborate effectively across various fields, and extend their analytical and creative thinking beyond conventional professional limits.
Both programs emphasize practical learning. The BCII curriculum incorporates design methodologies through industry engagements, real-world initiatives, and student-driven projects. The law component provides hands-on experiences like fieldwork, leadership development, mooting competitions, and mentorship programs, while fulfilling the academic prerequisites for legal practice in New South Wales. Students also have the option to pursue the Legal Futures and Technology specialization, exploring emerging technologies transforming the legal field.
Graduates can pursue diverse career paths such as legal entrepreneur, innovation consultant, corporate counsel, litigation specialist, creative business leader, legal practitioner, product strategy director, market analyst, business strategist, and brand innovation specialist.
Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level.
Academic IELTS- 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0, or TOEFL- paper based- 550-583 overall with TWE of 4.5, internet based- 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21
