The Bachelor of Business with Honours program enables students to build research-oriented knowledge, abilities, and practical experience, preparing them for professional research roles or advanced studies such as a research-focused Master's or Doctoral degree. Participants achieve this through research-focused coursework, conducting an independent research project with academic supervision, and writing a research dissertation. This Honours program is available as a 1-year full-time or 2-year part-time course at the Hobart campus and may also be offered at the Launceston campus, depending on enrollment numbers and supervisor availability. All units provide flexible attendance options. The honours year aims to help students deepen their interests and research capabilities, laying the groundwork for postgraduate studies within the Tasmanian School of Business and Economics (TSBE).
