Building organizational project management expertise encompasses innovation, adaptation, grasping complex challenges, and addressing diverse project requirements. It also necessitates insight into three competency tiers - project, program, and portfolio - along with the interplay between ongoing operations and project initiatives.
The Master of Project Management is a graduate degree program equipping students with practical, advanced project leadership competencies.
Students will undertake core studies in technical, strategic, and leadership domains, culminating in either a research dissertation or applied project. Additional elective units complete the program's academic requirements.
