The Master of Nursing is a graduate-level program that qualifies you for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Accredited by the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council, it equips you with comprehensive patient care skills for diverse healthcare environments worldwide.
Your studies will encompass healthcare systems, nursing practice fundamentals, lifespan care, and specialized areas including mental health, community health, and acute care nursing. The program requires completing at least 860 hours of clinical placements across various settings such as hospitals, mental health facilities, community centers, and educational institutions.
You must have:
a previous Australian level bachelor degree (or equivalent) in any discipline other than nursing, AND
this qualification has been completed within 10 years prior to applying
Overseas nursing qualifications are acceptable.
IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 7.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 24 in Reading and Listening, 27 in Writing and 23 in Speaking
Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 68 overall and a minimum result of 68 in each band
