Qualification Requirements

Admission to candidature for the Master of Exercise Physiology requires the applicant to have:

A bachelor or master's degree or a PhD in exercise science or a health-related discipline from the University of Sydney, or qualifications deemed by the faculty to be equivalent, and
A minimum GPA of 4.5 out of 7.0 which is an approximate Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 60 per cent
any other minimum standards specified by the Faculty of Medicine and Health.
Evidence of*:
a current Exercise Scientist Accreditation (AES) with Exercise and Sport Science Australia, or
completion of a bachelor or master's degree accredited by Exercise and Sport Science Australia at the level of Exercise Science, or
an approved Graduate Entry Assessment from Exercise and Sport Science Australia
IELTS -A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 7.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 23 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 25 in Writing
