The Data Science major equips students with computational and analytical capabilities rooted in statistics and computer science, enabling them to process, interpret, analyze, and extract valuable insights from data. Students will cultivate critical perspectives on data usage, master core technical competencies, and gain awareness of data collection contexts.
During advanced studies, learners will acquire the capacity to approach interdisciplinary challenges by framing data-centric problems within analytical structures, solving them computationally, and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
The combined Bachelor of Science and Master of Nutrition and Dietetics program delivers comprehensive training in nutritional sciences, preparing graduates for professional dietetics careers. The curriculum includes core requirements, foundational electives, a specialized Nutrition and Dietetics track featuring a Nutrition Science major, plus an optional minor or secondary major. Students may complete additional electives to fulfill degree credit requirements.
Upon achieving a credit average in the Bachelor of Science, students advance to the Master's program, undertaking specialized coursework, clinical placements, and research projects in nutrition and dietetics.
