The Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Civil Engineering)Bachelor of Design in Architecture is a dual undergraduate degree that develops your ability to assess structural forces and engineer supportive frameworks, enhanced by the theoretical and artistic aspects of design.
Accredited by Engineers Australia and other leading engineering organizations, this program includes foundational engineering coursework in mathematics and computing, alongside interdisciplinary project units. You'll also study specialized civil engineering subjects and electives.
Your final year features an honors thesis in civil engineering. The Professional Engagement Program requires hands-on industry experience, including engineering internships during your last year.
Alongside the engineering curriculum, you'll complete core architecture design units involving studio work and practical workshops.
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
IELTS score: A minimum result of 7.0 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 96 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 68 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
