The Bachelor of Engineering Honours (Aeronautical Engineering) is an undergraduate program that provides thorough training in aircraft design and space vehicle operations. This Engineers Australia-accredited course is also recognized by other leading engineering professional bodies.
The curriculum includes fundamental coursework in mathematics and computing, along with interdisciplinary project units. Students will study specialized aeronautical engineering subjects and have the option to pursue a focused specialization area.
Elective units from either the Engineering discipline or shared pool can be selected to fulfill degree requirements. The program culminates with an honours research project in aeronautical engineering during the final year.
As part of the Professional Engagement Program, students will participate in industry experiences throughout their studies, including mandatory engineering internships in their last year.
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
IELTS score: A minimum result of 6.5 overall and a minimum result of 6.0 in each band
TOEFL - IBT score: A minimum result of 85 overall including a minimum result of 17 in Reading, Listening and Speaking and 19 in Writing
Pearsons Test of English: A minimum result of 61 overall and a minimum result of 54 in each band
