Australia's inaugural program of its type brings together two globally renowned institutions for humanities and social sciences - the University of Sydney's Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and France's Sciences Po - to provide students with a unique dual degree opportunity.
This program is ideal for those seeking to enhance their French language skills and cultural understanding while spending two years in France. Participants will gain international academic exposure while learning to apply their knowledge within an Australian framework.
The four-year dual degree structure is organized as follows:
First Year: France – Starting in August at one of Sciences Po's three regional campuses. Students begin with introductory courses across core disciplines.
Second Year: France – Continuing at the chosen regional campus. Students progress to advanced interdisciplinary studies while specializing in one of three majors: Economy and Society, Political Humanities, or Politics and Government.
Third Year: Sydney – All participants transition to the University of Sydney in July (Semester 2) for their third academic year.
Fourth Year: Sydney – The program concludes with final studies completed by June.
