This curriculum explores the principles of physical activity and athletic achievement while equipping students with practical competencies for professional practice.
Throughout this course you will:
Acquire comprehensive understanding of subjects including structural anatomy, movement coordination, physiological responses to exercise, and mechanical body functions
Work with athletes in USC's certified sports science facilities for assessment and conditioning
Study psychological aspects of sports, performance evaluation, training methodologies, and recovery techniques
Complete at least 270 hours of guided clinical experience
