Qualification Requirements
To study this degree we assume you have sound knowledge in:
English (Units 3 and 4, C)
We assume that your knowledge is equivalent to a grade C or higher in Units 3 and 4 at Australian Year 12 high school level.
This program requires a minimum of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent. TOEFL (paper based) - 550 (or better) (with a minimum Test of Written English Score of TWE 4.5). TOEFL (internet based) - 80 (or better) (with 19 minimum in all bands).
Subject pre-requisite: English (4 SA) or equivalent.
Completion of a bachelor degree, or equivalent, in Creative Arts or a related discipline, with a minimum Grade Point Average of 5.0.
Applicants will be required to write a proposal outlining their field of study (relevant to the appropriate discipline), that also outlines the initial direction of their Honours research. Students will also be required to have an interview with relevant supervisor/s (telephone or face-to-face). This will be in addition to students having a 5.0 (or above) GPA.
