Explore a variety of courses covering human anatomy and physiology, microbiology, immunology, cell and molecular biology, nutrition, and biochemistry to develop insights into research and clinical laboratory work. Engage in practical learning through lab-based residential schools or biweekly sessions for most first-year courses, followed by residential schools combined with online or on-campus instruction in your second year.

Upon completing this program, you'll be qualified for positions such as a science lab technician in universities or secondary schools, or as a technical assistant in public or private research facilities. You'll acquire modern laboratory competencies suitable for roles in both research and educational laboratory settings.

To study this degree we assume you have sound knowledge in:

English (Units 3 & 4, C), and
General Mathematics (Units 3 & 4, C)
