This full-time 2-year course equips you for organizational psychology careers, emphasizing key competencies like analytical thinking, communication, problem-solving, consultation, and managing workplace transformations.
Organizational psychology systematically examines workplace behavior by analyzing individual, group, and systemic dynamics. The program follows a 'scientist-practitioner' approach where you'll first analyze employment-related behaviors before creating strategies to improve both employee welfare and company performance.
Throughout the program, you'll acquire practical skills for optimizing human capital - boosting engagement, productivity, and job fulfillment. You'll master techniques including recruitment systems, training program development, organizational restructuring, job design, and leadership development for executives and management teams.
An approved 4-year bachelor degree in psychology (minimum IIA honours) or equivalent 4-year APAC-accredited program.
Applicants must be eligible for provisional or if applicable, full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
Applicants with non-Australian degrees must have their qualifications assessed by the APS.
