The University of Queensland's six-month full-time (or equivalent part-time) Graduate Certificate in Music equips you with advanced practical applications of teaching methodologies, techniques, and materials through workshop-based learning.
The School of Music's Creative Collaboratorium celebrates the distinctive characteristics of its musical specialties (including Composition and Improvisation, Learning and Development, Performance, Health and Wellbeing, and Musicology) while fostering shared spaces for discussion, teamwork, and innovative discovery.
Students can choose from more than twelve courses covering instrumental instruction, ear training and teaching methods, choral or orchestral direction, and classroom teaching strategies.
Approved degree in the same discipline or equivalent with a GPA of 4.0 or;
Post-secondary study and/or relevant work experience approved by the executive dean.

For other English Language Proficiency Tests and Scores approved for UQ TOEFL IBT - Overall 87, listening 19, reading 19, writing 21 and speaking 19. TOEFL PB - Overall 570, listening 54, reading 54, writing 59/5. Pearsons - Overall Score of 64 and 60 in all sub bands. BEP - A minimum overall grade of 4 plus a minimum grade of C in all macro skills. CES - Overall 176 and 169 in all sub bands. OET is not accepted.
