Journalism is a dynamic profession that offers opportunities to interact with diverse individuals and explore new places. At its core, journalism revolves around information - uncovering, gathering, organizing, examining, and sharing news. Successful journalists need strong language abilities, media literacy, awareness of global events, and extensive general knowledge. Through the BA program, students enhance their capabilities in writing, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and social awareness. The degree provides numerous specialization options to either support journalism studies (like Economics, International Relations, Public Policy, or Music) or explore other disciplines (such as languages, Criminology, or Psychology), thereby widening potential journalism career paths.
