This combined degree program provides comprehensive knowledge of journalism fundamentals alongside specialized studies in health, exercise, and nutrition. Through the human movement and nutrition sciences curriculum, you'll examine how physical activity and dietary habits influence health throughout life, investigating their impact on chronic disease prevention and athletic performance. The program builds expertise in managing two key controllable factors affecting chronic disease risk: nutrition and exercise.
