Computers provide powerful tools for rapidly analyzing intricate scientific challenges.
However, as digital systems, computers process discrete inputs and outputs, while mathematical analysis frequently involves continuous functions. This necessitates precise approximation methods to enable computers to evaluate sophisticated mathematical models.
You'll explore computational algorithms for mathematical analysis and develop expertise applicable to diverse scientific fields, from hospital and academic medical research to major pharmaceutical and energy corporations in both public and private domains.
You'll enter a rapidly expanding field:
Contribute to addressing tomorrow's complex scientific questions through computational mathematics.
