This program concentrates on the scientific study and oversight of livestock animals, such as beef and dairy cattle, poultry, sheep, goats, and swine.

Students will explore topics including feeding and breeding practices for both pasture-raised and confined animals, veterinary health and hereditary traits, animal behavior patterns, microbial studies, bodily structures and functions, as well as biochemical processes and forage cultivation.

Hands-on learning will take place in top-tier animal education and research centers located in the Southern Hemisphere.
