Employers highly regard graduates who possess both a comprehensive education and specialized expertise in particular fields. By pursuing studies across two or more disciplines, students can enhance their career opportunities, broaden their general knowledge, and follow multiple interests simultaneously. This is possible through a dual degree like our Bachelor of Biomedical Science and Bachelor of Commerce, which merges two complementary fields while requiring just one extra year of study. This program is ideal for driven students with a keen interest in both biomedicine and contemporary business. Integrating biomedical science with commerce equips you with a balanced skill set that includes both scientific and business acumen. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of the biomedical sector, covering biology, genetics, and medical research, alongside mastering business fundamentals such as economics, finance, marketing, and management. This cross-disciplinary method provides you with a versatile range of skills that are highly sought after in various sectors. The convergence of biomedical science and commerce is especially pertinent in biotechnology and healthcare entrepreneurship. Your dual expertise in science and business will be crucial for addressing the challenges within the healthcare industry.
