The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology is a three-year undergraduate program offering students core psychological principles within a broad liberal arts curriculum. This program equips learners with insights into human behavior, thought processes, and emotional mechanisms grounded in empirical research. Students examine how biological and physiological factors shape cognition, emotions, personal growth, and actions. A psychology qualification opens doors to diverse professional fields, with graduates finding their training applicable and beneficial across numerous sectors, enhancing pursuits in legal studies, personnel management, social sciences, behavioral research, data interpretation, and equity advocacy. The curriculum covers mental health assessment and intervention approaches while teaching research methodologies for investigating various psychological and behavioral phenomena. To broaden their expertise, students may select supplementary majors or minors that align with their psychology focus and personal academic goals.
