This intensive one-year program caters to exceptional students seeking to expand their expertise in psychological evaluation, evidence-based treatment approaches, professional standards, and ethical considerations. Students who have finished an APAC-recognized three-year psychology undergraduate degree may qualify for the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours). Under faculty mentorship, participants will undertake a comprehensive research initiative encompassing question development, information gathering, data interpretation, and results presentation. Graduates will fulfill the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council's pre-professional requirements, qualifying them for advanced studies and temporary psychology registration. The curriculum enhances understanding of psychological diagnostics, research-backed therapeutic methods, professional challenges, and ethical dilemmas while developing practical skills in client interviews, documentation, oversight, and case management. Through guided supervision, scholars complete an extensive research endeavor, progressing from hypothesis formation through information acquisition, statistical examination, and final documentation.
