The School of Electrical Engineering and Computing provides bachelor's and advanced degree programs in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, and Information Technology. Collaborating with the School of Engineering, we additionally deliver undergraduate studies in Mechatronics, and since 2018, we've launched a new Bachelor of Medical Engineering (Honours) program. To meet the growing demand for cybersecurity professionals, starting in 2019 we will provide a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security and a Master of Cyber Security. The digital revolution has fundamentally changed our lifestyles and business operations. With growing dependence on networked systems for information access and crucial business choices, protecting cyberspace from threats has become essential for individuals, organizations, and governments to maintain secure and efficient operations.

Qualification Requirements
i) have satisfied all of the requirements for admission to the degree of Bachelor with Honours Class 1 or Honours Class II, Division 1 or any other degree approved for this purpose by the Assistant Dean (Research Training); or
ii) have satisfied all the requirements for admission to a degree of Bachelor in the University or another degree approved for this purpose by the Assistant Dean (Research Training) on the recommendation of the relevant School; or
iii) in exceptional cases produce evidence of possessing such other academic or professional qualifications and/or experience as may be approved by the Assistant Dean (Research Training) on the recommendation of the relevant Head of School; or
