The 12-course curriculum (120 units) combines eight core requirements with four electives. Graduates emerge as industry leaders with recognized HR expertise, prepared to apply advanced management theories to diverse workplace scenarios. You'll develop the skills to create and execute data-driven solutions for complex organizational, team, and individual challenges.
Entry into the Master of Human Resource Management will be available for applicants who have:
Bachelor (Honours) Degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification; or
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in a related field such as accounting, business, commerce, economics, finance, human resource management, industrial relations, management, marketing or social science; or
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, not in a related field and 1-year relevant organizational experience; or
At least 7 years' relevant organizational experience, including 2 years in a management position; or
Successful completion of 75% (30 units) of one of the following UoN College of Human and Social Futures programs:
Graduate Certificate in Business Administration
Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance
Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management
Graduate Certificate in Marketing
Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting
TOEFL paper-based test score of 550; TOEFL internet-based score of 79; IELTS (Academic) score of 6.5; PTE GSE score of 58; Cambridge English: Advanced score of 58.
