The School of Biomedical Science and Pharmacy oversees the Bachelor of Biomedical Science program (including the Biomedical Science Honours since 2019) and has managed the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) since 2013. With an annual enrollment of around 100 students, the Bachelor of Biomedical Science ranks among the university's most popular degrees according to student feedback. Additionally, the School delivers instruction in core medical disciplines—such as anatomy, physiology, immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, and pharmacology—across nearly all programs within the Faculty of Health and Medicine, as well as select degrees in the Faculties of Education and Arts, and Science. In total, the School contributes to 71 courses serving more than 1200 full-time equivalent students across 15 distinct programs. Learners from diverse fields including medicine, nursing, physiotherapy, medical radiation science, podiatry, oral health, and exercise and sports science interact with faculty from the School of Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacy.
