Exceptional performers in the Bachelor of Biomedical Science at this institution or any Faculty Board-approved equivalent degree qualify for the one-year full-time Honours program. This advanced study opportunity enables students to enhance their biomedical expertise through a specialized research project guided by qualified faculty. Qualification Requirements

Eligibility for admission to this program is based on applicants having completed a Bachelor degree in a cognate area with a minimum GPA of 5.0.
across all studies undertaken within the program, or
across a major in the proposed area of study, or

across 80 units of 3000 level courses (which must include at least 40 units of 3000 level courses in the major where a major exists), or

where the applicant has completed less than 80 units at 3000 level, a GPA of 5.0 calculated from at least 60 units of 3000 level courses (which includes at least 40 units of 3000 level courses in the major where a major exists).

In exceptional circumstances, an application which does not meet the above requirements may be considered.
