The Master of Science research program serves as foundational training in advanced academic study and investigation. Students develop core research competencies while mastering innovative methodologies. This curriculum may incorporate structured coursework, typically aimed at equipping candidates for their thesis work. Participants conduct independent research, though generally with narrower parameters and less emphasis on groundbreaking discovery compared to doctoral requirements. While fostering creative thinking remains important, the program provides intensive guidance during initial problem definition phases and when implementing unfamiliar techniques.
