Qualification Requirements

Admission to the Master of Laws by Research program requires completion of a recognised Bachelor of Laws degree with an Honours Class 2 (Division 1) or higher. The bachelor's degree should have included a substantial research component, or the equivalent. You must also submit a research proposal to be considered for this program. Admission to the LLM by Research program is subject to appropriate supervision being available. IELTS - 7.0 overall (min 6.0 in each subtest) TOEFL iBT - 94 overall (min. 25 in writing, 23 in reading, listening and speaking)
