The Master of Environmental Management at UNSW is a two-year full-time (or part-time equivalent) postgraduate program designed to equip you for careers addressing critical environmental issues through sustainable leadership. Throughout this master's program, you'll examine ecological challenges from multiple perspectives, gaining insight into the social and political factors behind them. Beyond theoretical foundations, the curriculum emphasizes hands-on learning to cultivate practical abilities for principled, regenerative sustainability leadership across various professional settings.
For the 2 year stream (C)
Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any discipline with a record of academic achievement equivalent to a UNSW credit average of 65%.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: 7.0 overall (min. 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL IBT (Internet Based): 94 overall (min. 25 in writing, 23 in reading, listening and speaking); Pearson (PTE - Academic): 65 overall (min. 54 in each subtest); C1 Advanced Cambridge: 185 overall (min. 169 in each subtest); C2 Proficiency Cambridge: 185 overall (min. 180 in each subtest); UNSW Global University English Entry Course (UEEC): Successful completion with a minimum overall grade of B and a minimum grade of C in the writing component.
