The Graduate Certificate in Simulation & Immersive Technologies prepares you to emerge as an innovative design leader, ready to address the expanding need for immersive solutions across various sectors. This program takes a distinctive, human-focused design approach that prioritizes sensory perception and user experience. You'll master the strategic application of simulation and immersive platforms like VR, AR, MR, and XR - learning their optimal implementation across different scenarios. Through hands-on interaction with cutting-edge technologies, you'll examine actual industry cases and learn from international experts. The curriculum enables you to create tailored immersion strategies for solving domain-specific challenges in your chosen field. Designed for working professionals across multiple industries, the program offers flexible study options including full-time or part-time enrollment through diverse delivery methods - combining digital learning, in-person sessions, and creative workshops. The program structure supports professionals with demanding schedules from various backgrounds, offering complete online study or a blended approach. In the blended format, you'll complete core courses digitally while participating in two annual intensive on-campus sessions or at our industry collaborators' locations, with unlimited access to all university facilities throughout your studies.
Applicants are required to have a recognised bachelor degree with an equivalent of a UNSW 65 weighted average mark (WAM).
