Combine zoology with plant science and integrate genetics to create the Master of Science (BioSciences). This highly interdisciplinary program offers customization options. Focus on your specialization while selecting complementary professional development courses. The program's cornerstone is an extensive research project in your chosen field, guided by distinguished researchers working across diverse areas from sensory ecology to aquaculture technology and plant pathology. This research opportunity may motivate you to pursue a PhD or apply your analytical and communication abilities in the global job market, following in the footsteps of our graduates. Specialize in any bioscience field: ecology, evolution, environmental science, genetics, genomics, developmental biology, or plant science. Enhance your discipline-specific coursework and research with professional skills training.
Graduates complete the program with a significant research project to highlight on their resumes. During this project, you'll create and implement scientific methodologies to address practical challenges, whether in laboratories, field settings, or computational environments, while collaborating with our academic research teams.
For additional practical experience, you can opt for a science or technology internship that counts toward your degree requirements.
