The Master of Health and Medical Law (MHlth&MedLaw) equips legal professionals, physicians, healthcare workers, and administrators with specialized legal expertise to advance their careers.

You'll collaborate with distinguished faculty experts and international peers, developing sophisticated insights into diverse legal and ethical challenges within healthcare law.
A degree in law (LLB, JD or equivalent) leading to admission to practice, with a University of Melbourne equivalent score of at least 70, or equivalent or A degree in law (LLB, JD or equivalent) leading to admission to practice, or equivalent and two years of documented relevant professional experience or An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and two years of documented relevant professional experience or An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline; and successful completion of four subjects in a cognate graduate diploma and one year of documented relevant professional experience.
English language requirements:
IELTS (academic English Only): 6.5 (no band less than 6.0)
TOEFL Internet-based test: 79 + ; Writing 21; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13;
Pearson Test of English Academic: 58 + no communicative skill below 50
