The Master of Fine Arts program is designed to empower qualified individuals to explore their research capabilities, achieve expertise in their artistic discipline, and advance contemporary art theory and cultural understanding. Through rigorous coursework and personalized mentorship, students cultivate both creative excellence and leadership skills within a global learning environment. Earning this degree demonstrates the completion of significant original research conducted under academic guidance within an established research framework. Students present either a 30,000-40,000 word written thesis or a combined creative/written project totaling 40,000 words, with the written portion constituting at least 25% (10,000 words) of the final work. Acceptable creative submissions include performances, exhibitions, literary works, designs, films, digital media, or other innovative formats, contingent upon faculty resources. All creative pieces must be thoroughly documented, with either the documentation or original work accompanying the written analysis.
