Qualification Requirements

2-year course

To be considered for entry into this course, you must have: Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, with A Chemical Engineering Systems major; A Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of at least 65%. An engineering degree or major in an equivalent specialisation from another institution, with A WAM of at least 65% (or equivalent).

3-year course

To be considered for entry into this course, you must have: An undergraduate degree in any discipline, with: The equivalent of 25 points (two subjects) of first year Mathematics, specifically Calculus 2 and Linear Algebra; The equivalent of 25 points (two subjects) of first year Chemistry, specifically Chemistry 1 and Chemistry 2; A weighted average mark of at least 65% (or equivalent).
