The Master of Advanced Nursing Practice (MANP) at the University of Melbourne empowers nurses with master's qualifications to take on significant roles in shaping new professional pathways, creating innovative care models, and driving transformative changes in nursing practice. As a clinically skilled and professionally articulate MANP graduate, you'll be equipped to influence both the nursing field and healthcare systems, possessing the expertise to design, execute, and manage groundbreaking practices within the legal and professional frameworks of Advanced Nursing Practice. Upon completing the program, graduates will attain these key learning outcomes: Mastery of research literature in their chosen advanced nursing specialty, Capacity to assess social and political factors impacting specialized nursing care delivery, Expertise to examine and assess advanced nursing practice opportunities globally, Competence in expanding practice through therapeutic, evidence-based nursing approaches, and Skills for culturally aware practice, leadership, and education in specialized nursing contexts.
In order to be considered for entry, applicants must have completed either:
a Master of Nursing Science, or Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification); and
at least one year of documented clinical experience as a Registered Nurse within the preceding five years from the time of application.

TOEFL Internet-based test: 79 + ; Writing 21; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13;
Pearson Test of English Academic: 58 + no communicative skill below 50
Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 176 + no skill below 169.
