The Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is a two-year program designed for seasoned medical practitioners aiming to advance their careers in clinical research. Tailored for healthcare professionals across various disciplines—such as biomedical sciences, medicine, nursing, allied health, health sciences, and social sciences—this course is ideal for both those already engaged in research who wish to formalize their expertise and individuals seeking to enter the field. You'll develop essential competencies to design and execute clinical research initiatives, apply findings to practical healthcare settings, and establish a career at the cutting edge of medical innovation.
This program caters to medical and health professionals pursuing clinical research within their current roles, as well as those aspiring to join the clinical research sector.
In order to be considered for entry, applicants must have completed:
An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification in medicine, an allied health profession, science or social science; and
At least one year of documented, relevant professional work experience in a medical, scientific or allied health environment
English language requirements:
IELTS (academic English Only): Overall 7.0 (with written 7.0 and no band less than 6.0)
TOEFL Internet-based test: 94 + ; Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13;
Pearson Test of English Academic: 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50
Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill
