This course introduces you to educational research methods and guides you in developing your own research project.
After finishing, you could qualify for advanced graduate studies, depending on admission criteria and competitive selection, such as entering a Master of Education (Research) program with credit.
A four-year degree (or equivalent) in a directly related discipline with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 75% (or equivalent), OR An undergraduate qualification in any discipline AND at least 50 credit points (or equivalent) of graduate study in a directly related discipline. Disciplines directly related to this course include education, sociology (with an education focus or within an education context) and psychology (with an education focus or within an education context).
English language requirements:
IELTS (academic English Only): Overall 7.0 (with written 7.0 and no band less than 6.0)
TOEFL Internet-based test: 94 + ; Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13;
Pearson Test of English Academic: 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50
Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill
