Qualification Requirements
In order to be considered for entry, applicants must have completed-
within the last 5 years, a Bachelor of Music or equivalent degree with a weighted average mark of at least H3 (65%), or equivalent, with a major relevant to the discipline stream within the Bachelor of Music (Degree with Honours) that they seek to enter.
All applicants must meet the standard eligibility for the Bachelor of Music (Degree with Honours) in addition to the requirements below-
For University of Melbourne Bachelor of Music graduates with a result of at least H2A (75%) in the Bachelor of Music subject Performance 6/Practical Music 6.
For graduates of other institutions, you will be required to undertake an audition as part of the application process.
TOEFL Internet-based test- total score of at least 79 and scores of 21 for writing, 18 for speaking, 13 for reading and 13 for listening.
IELTS- total score of at least 6.5 in the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS), with no bands less than 6.0.
