It encompasses asset design, development, and administration, the procedures and funding required to realize projects, as well as the stakeholders connected to properties and the broader real estate sector. Just as the property field integrates multidisciplinary design, construction, and business, students' property education will span diverse areas such as design, economics and finance, property development and investment, urban planning, property appraisal, construction, and property and facility management. Students will cultivate expertise in and investigate factors affecting property demand and supply, covering macro and micro economics, urban economics, market analysis, demographic trends, psychological and social factors, alongside marketing.
