This program enhances your understanding of functional anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology while establishing a foundation for progression into various sports-related fields.
The course serves as a knowledge bridge for graduate admission into multiple Master's programs, including UC's Master of Speech Pathology and Master of Strength and Conditioning, while also meeting the Australian Physiotherapy Association's prerequisites for the Master of Physiotherapy.

Assumed knowledge
In addition to the normal University's requirements for admission to a graduate certificate course, it would be advantageous for applicants to have completed some tertiary studies in systemic anatomy and physiology.
Academic IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent, with no band score below 6.0; TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 79 with: R: 13; L: 12; S: 18; W: 21; Pearson Test of Academic English: 58 with no skill score below 50; Cambridge English Scale: 176 with no sub-score below 169; Occupational English Test: No grade lower than 'C' in any of the sub-tests.
