Our Bachelor of Information Technology program is collaboratively developed with industry experts to equip you for a successful career in ICT. You'll gain expertise in programming, software engineering, networking, databases, user experience design, smart technologies, and cloud infrastructure while developing technical and creative abilities to craft IT solutions using cutting-edge Industry 4.0 technologies. The curriculum teaches you to analyze and develop creative approaches to sophisticated technical challenges. Core studies include programming fundamentals, software engineering principles, network and database systems, along with human-centered design, complemented by advanced subjects in smart industry applications, enterprise systems, and cloud computing. Customize your learning through electives in software development, data science, AI, web technologies, user experience, game development, or cybersecurity. The program includes practical work experience opportunities to implement your knowledge and enhance your professional readiness. Developed in partnership with top ICT professionals and educators, this degree follows the Australian Computer Society's professional standards.
Successful completion of at least 0.25 EFTSL at AQF level 6, 0.5 EFTSL at AQF level 5 or above, or equivalent
