A Bachelor of Health Science (Chinese Medicine) equips students with the knowledge and hands-on abilities to enhance wellbeing. This program fulfills the requirements for all three Chinese Medicine practitioner registration categories: Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Chinese Herbal Dispensing, with accreditation from the CMBA (Chinese Medicine Board of Australia).
During this four-year program, you'll learn from experienced practitioners currently working in the field. You'll gain expertise in managing both acute and chronic conditions using traditional Chinese medicine methods and herbal treatments. The degree holds accreditation from Australia's national education quality body TEQSA (Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency) and AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
Program objectives
Master the safe administration of acupuncture and proper prescribing/preparation of Chinese herbal remedies for various health conditions.

Gain practical skills in supplementary methods for acupuncture clinical practice.
Develop proficiency in therapeutic techniques including cupping and moxibustion therapy.
