RMIT combines computer and network engineering education to equip graduates for careers in their chosen specialization.

Students will study and apply core technologies powering today's computerized, smart, and intelligent digital systems. The program offers specialization options across various computing and networking domains, including IoT platforms, sensor networks, parallel processing, embedded systems, and data networks. After covering foundational concepts in both fields, students can focus on their preferred area to ensure career readiness.

The program develops expertise to address challenges in designing, building, and maintaining both software and hardware components of computing systems. This encompasses communication networks, automated electrical systems, multimedia processing, human-computer interfaces, industrial/medical instrumentation, and cybersecurity for networks and computer systems.
