The honors program enhances an APAC-accredited undergraduate psychology degree, equipping students with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience. Participants undertake independent research projects mentored by seasoned researchers. Fourth-year psychology graduates acquire versatile skills applicable across diverse fields, including government services, corporate HR, justice systems, and administrative roles.

Aspiring registered psychologists must obtain AHPRA registration via the Psychology Board of Australia. PY09 completion qualifies graduates for provisional registration, while full psychologist status requires two additional years in an accredited master's program.
